Are they considered the same thing or are they different. I am leaning towards them being the same thing. Anyone?

Can someone help me go through each wash we currently have and classify them as either dark, medium or light wash? I've created a "Wash type" property on each wash we currently have.

To begin, click on the "Wash" type from the domain page and go through the each wash that does not have this property set. Remember you need to click on the "x empty field" to see the empty property. TIA.

          "02 - Rinse" vs "02 - White Rinse"

So it turns out from ilive4music's recent entry, "Johnny Silver Metallic Big T in White Rinse", our "Wash" schema may not be sufficient enough. Maybe we can just add a "Color" property to "Jeans", so those Johnny's will point to the generic "02 - Rinse" Wash and have the "Color" property, "White". What do you guys think?

(If I read you right) I suppose that will do. There are TR's without color codes, like the fleece and cords, so the "Color" property will come in handy.

Okay, I've added "Color" property to the "Jeans" type and modified the those Johnny's to point to "02 - Rinse" and set color to "White"....mmmkay.

Thanks for updating the wash on those Bobby's on our featured topic. Also, you can always rename a topic in freebase. I noticed you removed "Old Stone" from the Buck entry and added "24 - Old Stone". You could always go to the Wash and rename it by clicking on the edit button next to the name. Also there is a code property for all washes so we should fill that in as well if we know it. Actually this is true for Style, Thread and Fabric.

With robert's suggestion, the material property now has two fields, one for the percentage of the clothing material and the other is for the actual clothing material whose expected type is "Textile Fiber". For example, for "100% Cotton", you would enter "100" as the percentage and "Cotton" as the clothing material.

Hey, just looking over your domain here.  Love what you're doing!  I was looking at the schema on "Collection" and just wanted to suggest that you might want to use "Date/time" as the expected type on the "Year" property.  You've currently got it as an integer and while that's OK too, "2007" is really a date, so it might be better to call it like it is.  But that's just nitpicking; overall this is a great domain and you've done some really fine schema modelling work here.

Thanks for taking a look at the data model and the feedback. Yes, it makes total sense to use Date/Time, however I did notice Date/Year was one of the options once I pick a Integer as the expected type.

Just wanted to give a heads up that I went ahead and renamed alot of the types in this domain. Since this domain is dedicated to TRBJ, I felt unnecessary to re-iterate that on all of our type names. It's now assumed all types in this domain have to do with TRBJ.

Nice, I am looking forward to seeing you add your new TRs (and pics) here. I spent most of the day fixing up the types. Just curious if you would like to see any other things we should keep track of when we add a new TR to the database.

Welcome kcdenim! woot. Congratulations on being the first charter member. Being so, I've added you as an "Expert" of this domain. Not yet sure what that means but reading the Freebase documentation, you will be able to edit the descriptions of all the types in this domain. Again, welcome and looking forward to your help!
